Cardio Line Dancing

Are you ready to get your sweat on? Join us for Cardio Line Dancing every week. Line dancing is a way of life that offers benefits to living a healthy lifestyle. Line dancing will help improve your memory, coordination, and balance. It will also improve your muscle strength and endurance with the added benefit of improving your confidence.

Line dancing is a moderate exercise, so you will sweat and increase your heart activity and strengthen your body all while using music for motivation.  We guarantee you will have fun and will find that dancing will help relieve you from the day-to-day stress in your life.

Weekly Classes (Monday and Wednesday) from 6-8 PM

Self Defense & Kickboxing

The program will offer self-defense and Kickboxing at a beginner level. The class is for all ages and will teach the students to protect themselves against an attacker or multiple attackers in today’s society.

Weekly Classes (Thursdays): Youth (5-6 PM) Adults (6-7 PM)

Cardio Drumming : combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout. It's a fun, fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories. You don't need to be a drummer to do it, and even more amazingly, you don't even need drums!
